Ong Jia Qing has graduated from Universiti
Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) with Bachelor in Electronic Engineering
(Industrial Electronic). UTeM has developed Ong with a strong foundation on
sensor designing, machines functioning and installation. Currently, Ong work as an engineer
at Ismeca semiconductor as duties included organizing and filling paperwork,
setting up a vision system for semiconductor machinery and process a high
quality machines based on high demanding customer specifications. Besides, he
also becomes the core management team in Koperasi Kreatif dan Inovasi Melaka Berhad
which enables to maximize Ong capability on leading and managing the team
towards the great path of success. At the same time, he also becomes board of
directors of L & O Net Mobile Enterprise which enable Ong to involve in a
business world. By this working
environment, he is professional enough to become a perfect time keeper and
manage time efficiency and effectively by prioritize different workload as the
same time. As the result, he able to cooperate consistently with the daily
workload and hit own targets as well as continues improvement.

Chuah Seong Ho joined the University of Technical Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in 2008 and graduate in the 2012. Since coming to UTeM, he undergoes his degree under the Faculty of Electronic and Computer Engineering majoring in computer for four years. He posed a good troubleshooting skills and critical upgrading product skills when he undergoes his practical training in a semiconductor company. He has highly trained with excellent analyzing skills and concluding failure result of the product in the shortest time. During the four years studies, he managed to equip himself with a strong technical skills and knowledge in electronic matters. He had been covering a year of study on the integration of green technology in the real time. With his supervisor, Engr. Ranjit Singh Sarban Singh guidance, he developed his final year project by emerging the green technology with educational for university student named solar based educational training kit. The solar educational training kit is used to illustrate the idea of how a huge PV plant operate and integrate between each part by implementing the idea into a small PV plant. This project enables the student to understand the operation of the PV plant as well as an introduction to the green technology. To be success in managing his life, he had equip himself with a strong leadership skills which helps him to lead himself and so are the other people. He had been also delivered a leadership speech on behalf of the Koperasi Kreatif dan Inovasi Melaka Berhad to the public. The talk is mainly delivered the basic idea on how a person carries and led himself in the life time.

Tan Swee Tiang obtained his Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering (Computer Engineering) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering in 2012. He also holding specialists certificate on IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies and Adobe Certified Expert in Flash CS4. After finish his Bachelor Degree, Tan Swee Tiang continue his Master of Science in Electronic Engineering. At the same time, he joined Hitech Integrated Innovation Solutions Sdn. Bhd. as Design Engineer, where he becomes responsible in system design, PCD design, software design and providing best solution to the customer. For the master research, his research is related to the traffic light system which is used to enhance the smoothness of traffic flow on the road. Currently, few papers related to traffic light system had been publicized by Tan Swee Tiang. A part from that, he experienced on leading a team students for project competition which enables to maximize his capability. This make him to be trained up with strong leadership skills, problem solving skills and time management skills.

At this point in his career, Ong Khai Kher has seeks the Diploma in Electronic Engineering and Bachelor in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, UTeM, Faculty of Electronic and Computer Engineering. This is because he believes it will broaden his knowledge of engineering, allowing him to explore the new opportunities of the electronic and computer technology's world. More specifically, the Diploma in Electronic Engineering and Bachelor in Electronic and Computer Engineering from UTeM help him to achieve his short-term goal of obtaining an engineer position in a semiconductor technology company with interests in international. After graduating from university, he has joined the global leader equipment manufacturer that supplying back end finishing machine, where he became responsible in project managing and providing best solution to the customer. In this position, he provided advise to customers by dealing with complex technical problems and work closely with engineering department to analyze the requirements of customers. He has enjoyed the challenge of adapting different environments and the opportunity to work with a diverse, intelligent group of people. He has highly trained with good project management skills and problem solving skills through his experiences in the career.
